The publication FIX Residences introduces a residential project within the FIX redevelopment in Thessaloniki, developed by Dimand and designed by Foster + Partners as part of their masterplan for the former FIX brewery site.

In the book’s design, we chose to emphasise craftsmanship in the binding by leaving the spine exposed, referencing the poetics of structure—a recurring theme in Fosters’ architectural language. Carefully selected textures and colours translate the apartments’ material quality and atmosphere into a tactile printed form.
